Alright, with a public site like this, we gotta set some ground rules down. Most of them are self explanatory but some people just don't seem to get it, so here it is.

First off, you CANNOT post any topics containing warez, torrents, torrent trackers, illegal files of ANY kind (this includes but is not limited to large parts of a game, files from the XDK ect.)
Any one found doing this will have their post/thread removed and they may receive a permanent site BAN without warning.

you also CANNOT spam the forums, or e-mail other members via the board with spam. Violators will be banned without warning.
(If you are receiving spam, please report it to a mod or admin)

their will also be no talk of discrimination against race, religion ect.

There will be no creating "flame wars" meaning a way to start a argument with a lame post, or joining in a flame war.

politics, although fun to converse about, usually NEVER end in a civilized manner, so I'm going to have to restrict all discussion on that, besides, its a XBOX MODDING SITE! come on people, you won't miss it that bad.

NEW RULES:
WHAT IS CONSIDERED ILLEGAL TO POST:
Roms for Emulators
Any game files such as a handling.cfg or any files like that from GTA or any other computer or console game
Key Generators, Serial keys, CD Cracks, Password hacks, You get the Idea
Software to modify the x-box

However this does not prevent you from giving out links to where this stuff is and or sending the items itself through PM, E-Mail, or Mail...you get the Idea


MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
OK this one frosts my ass constantly I will inform people of what their rights are when it comes to mods. I am in no way telling anyone one way or the other to do this or not to do this...You do what youo want....I am just correcting a misconception around this.

When you see in a readme of a mod you download that you need to get that persons permission to host that particular mod somewhere or altar it.
I'm going to tell you that is a bunch of crap.
Just because they say its copyright in the read me does not make it that way
What makes something copyrighted is if it has the proper federal documentation that was paid for. Such as the patent and or the copyright mark...

UNLESS A MOD WAS PAID TO HAVE IT PROTECTED AND SOMEONE WHO HAS IT CAN PRODUCE THE PROPER FEDERAL DOCUMENTATION THEN IF ITS UPLOADED ONTO THE NET AND YOU CAN GET AT IT---IT'S FREE REIGN FOR ANYONE TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH IT AND PLACE IT WHERE THEY WANT WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE CREATOR.

The fact is that unless it was paid protected then you can host any mod on any site and or do with it what you want to and or claim it as you're own if you want and its 100% legal. There is nothing that the mod creator can do about it.

-A Max of 4 lines of text (exceptions for helpful information)
**you may use more lines of text if you have a smaller image**

Total sig may be no bigger than 100KB in size

Avatar must by 64 X 64 and no bigger than 100KB but may vary if hosted with direct off-site link like imageshack.

This also includes Ninja Gaiden Hurrican packs, skins or anything related to any games mentioned. This does not include game saves AS LONG as they're not hacked to allow nudity or anything else 18+

NO tecmo files MAY be distributed on these forums.

Doing so will earn a nice ban

Also, NO requests or sharing of any files that were at NinjaHacker.net or any other DOA modding site
